1. Most orders ship within 24 hours, but processing times could take up to 3 business days.
2. Orders processed after 2PM EDT will ship the next business day.

3. Shipping rates and delivery times apply to lower 48 states only, please allow extra time for deliveries beyond the Continental US.
4. Currently, KitchenAid does not accept backorders on shopkitchenaid.com
5. To ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO choose Standard USPS (8 business days), your order will ship FedEx Smartpost. If another shipping method is selected to ship to a PO Box, APO or FPO KitchenAid will automatically change the chosen shipping method to Standard USPS Shipping (8 business days).
6. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and remote locations may require longer delivery times, reference FedEx for detailed shipping information.
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE (Including shipping to Mexico and Canada) - Items Sold on www.shopKitchenAid.com are only approved for use in the United States.
